An organogram is just another name for an organizational chart. UEGCL’s organogram shows the structure of the organization and how the various positions are related to each other. This chart helps to show the chain of command and relative ranking of various positions at UEGCL. It is detailed to the extent of indicating the job titles and the lines of reporting/ supervision.
